Where can I find tax and shipping information?

La-T-Da Designs realizes that shipping expenses can be costly, so we are doing our best to keep your costs down. We offer flat rate $5.00 shipping on standard orders with standard ground shipping. Express shipping is offered at $20.00 plus $2.00 per additional items. Most orders will be processed in 2-3 business days.

Items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and should be received within 2-3 business days after shipping. Express Mail items should be received within 1-2 days after shipping. For international shipping, additional charges will apply and you will be contacted with these prices after placing an order.

What is your return policy?

La-T-Da Designs stands by its merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your initial order for an exchange or full refund. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase (less shipping charges). We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns must be returned prepaid. COD deliveries will not be accepted. Include your name, e-mail address, reason for return, order number, and a request for either a refund or exchange. If exchanging for another item, please include the item number. You are responsible for properly packaging the return package and we recommend insuring the the package as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will be happy to accommodate you the best way we can.

Does La-T-Da Designs offer gift wrap services?

Yes, La-T-Da Designs offers a gift wrapping service to our customers at a cost of $4.00. All packages are wrapped in high gloss white paper, with a contrasting ribbon and bow, and a custom designed La-T-Da Designs Logo Sticker.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail. We do not charge you credit card for out of stock items.

What is your privacy policy?

At La-T-Da Designs, we take your privacy very seriously, and are committed to honoring your privacy at all times. All personally identifying information is treated confidentially and under no circumstances is any of this information ever shared with a third party. Furthermore, in accordance with Yahoo! Store Policy, all credit card information is deleted from our database after 30 days to protect your privacy.

How do I know my purchase will be secure?

All transactions made at La-T-Da Designs.com are protected by a secure server through our Yahoo! store. This affords you fully protected, 128-bit state of the art security.
